Beef Steak with Grilled Vegetables
Preparation on the Grill Plate
Ingredients (for 4 Portions)
- 4 beef fillets, 150 g each
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tomato puree (2x concentrated)
- 2 tbsp forest honey
- 1 tbsp light-coloured soy sauce
- 1 red and
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 large zucchini
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
- Oil the grill plate and preheat.
Preparation
Mix the olive oil, tomato puree, forest honey and soy sauce well. Brush the beef fillets with this marinade on both sides and leave to rest until ready to grill.
Rinse the peppers and zucchinis with hot water. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into thin strips. Peel thin slices lengthways from the zucchini using a peeler.
Place the beef fillets on the hot grill and grill for 5 to 7 minutes on both sides. Season with salt and pepper and leave to rest in aluminium foil. Whilst resting, grill the vegetables, turning several times. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
Serve with a fresh baguette or focaccia.
