So You Can Enjoy Our Products for a Long Time

Correct operation, care and storage have a major influence on the service life of our stoves and heaters. To ensure that you can enjoy the functionality of your product for many years to come, we recommend that you observe the following instructions.

LPG Stove

  1. Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it.
  2. Fold up or remove the pan grid before cleaning. You can wipe off food residues with a soft, damp cloth.
  3. Scratching and abrasive cleaning agents must not be used. Only use cleaning agents suitable for paintwork.
  4. The burner heads must not be removed for cleaning the appliance.
  5. Please ensure that no cleaning agents get into the burner.

Heating Appliances

  1. Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it.

Storage Instructions

  1. Always close the cylinder valve after use or in the event of a fault.
  2. Remove the pressure regulator by loosening the union nut clockwise.
  3. Check the seal for damage. If you suspect damage, contact an expert or your filling station.
  4. Never store the gas cylinder below ground level or in an unventilated place. Do not store appliances in plastic bags.
  5. If the appliances are not to be used for a longer period of time, please store them safely and securely.
